Rules and Regulation

All pupils should be in a proper uniform.

All are expected to speak in English.

During bus route students should arrive at the stop 5 minutes prior to the arrival time of the bus. Bus will not for late comers.

Bus facility can not be discontinued in mid of the session.

One month advance notice in the beginning of the session is to be given to discontinue bus facility.

For admission in class LKG, pupil must have completed 4 years on 1st March of the school.

For admission in any class in the school is granted purely on merits basis. A minimum of 40% in the aggregated in all subjects for promotion in next class.

Conveyance is proved for students at any corner of Ranikhet and charges are fixed and payable in advance along with the school fees.

Any report of objectionable conduct on the part of any pupil will make her/him liable disciplinary.

Important instructions to the parents or guardians

Medical charges will be paid by the parents separately.

Late fee @250/-per day will be charged after 15th of due month i.e April, August and December.

Fee once paid will not be refundable.

Parents are requested to pay the fee at fee counter or if want to deposit by cheque or draft, should be deposited in school account only@ MND Bhatt Memorial Educational Society Chilianaula SBI A/C No. 11528392349.

Outing to students will only allowed on Sundays.

Reporting of a child after vacations, if late will be charged @250/- per day along with the medical certificate or genuine reasons is only permitted.

At the time of first admission medical certificate is required.

Dresses will also be charged separately.

Parents will have to inform school administration before two months of ending session else the 1st instalment of the new session will be charged to generate the T.C.

Guardians will have to inform the school administration about their ward either before receiving from the school campus or after leaving them to the school, otherwise school authorities will not have any liabilities or responsibility of the child.

EXAMINATION

There shall be four formative and two summative assessments in a year.

A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.

The course of studies is those prescribed by the CBSE. Instruction is in English, hence comparatively high standard of English is expected.

Pupils who are absent from the examinations for any reason shall not be re-examined and those absent for any reason other than illness shall be considered as failed. In case of sickness, a medical certificate must be produced from a qualified doctor.

In case a student loses or destroys his /her report book, a duplicate report book can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs. 100/-.

Promotion to higher class depends upon the student’s performance in their test and subsequent examination.
